Top Notch Sportfishing Reports

Today we went offshore and started at the canyon. We went past a bunch of pots and only managed 1 dolphin. Then all of a sudden I see a blue marlin crash my big bait and it was game on. The fish was airing out and putting on a show and we were going 15 knots to keep up with him. Finally the fish went deep and the grueling battle began. We fought the fish for 2 and a half hours and the fish was tailwrapped and came up dead. We put the big fish in the boat and got back to fishing. the rest of the day was slow and we ended up with the blue marlin 2 dolphin and missed a white marlin. When we got back to the dock it weighed in at 350 lbs. Thanks guys we are glad that yall could fish with us.
